In the unlikely even we cannot fulfil an order, a refund will be issued and the buyer notified.
Any typographical error or omission in any form of literature issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller.
We reserve the right to refuse a transaction of any products advertised on the website.
This may be due to:
- Unavailability of stock
- Inability to obtain authorisation for the payment
- Identification of a pricing or product description error
All items must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
Payments can be made using credit or debit cards, via our secure site, or by calling us on the +44(002073778694. Please note that your card will be debited once you complete the chec out process.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours , using Royal Mail, next day between 9.00am -6.00pm.
Cancellation Rights & Return Policy
We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing .
If you are not satisfied with the good you have purchased for any reason , you may return them within 14 working days from receipt of your order.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused new condition.
All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer unless the goods supplied were faulty.
Returned goods must be sent requiring a signature from the seller representative to confirm receipt as title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time.
Once we have received the goods we shall initiate the refund or replacement. We will refund the full cost of the product purchased, however any postage incurred will not be refunded.
We are happy to take returns directly in our stores if you wish , pleaee bring with you a print out of the original sales transaction page and a recognised form of ID.

We are open 11.00-19.00 Monday to Friday and 12.00-18.00 on Sunday
All products are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch to ensure that they are neither damaged or faulty. Damage can sometimes occur in transit although evry precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed securely. Should you receive your package in a damaged state, it is preferred that you contact us within 5 working days to arrange an exchange.
Items can not be purchased for press/publicity purposes and returned for a refund.
